These Terms and Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program offered by SunGlo Carpet Cleaning Company ("SunGlo," "we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, SunGlo may send you text messages related to your service and account, including appointment confirmations and reminders, service and technician updates, quotes and invoices, review requests, and — if you have opted in to marketing — promotional offers and specials.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive texts by:
- Telling us verbally when you schedule an appointment or sign a work order;
- Submitting your number with consent on our Communication Preferences page; or
- Texting us first at (313) 292-3400.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have agreed to receive.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also text any of the standard opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others; carrier participation may change without notice.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
